Experimenting with drawing sun in different ways today , by Gloria Poole,RN,artist of Missouri

I drew this funny sun and then painted it with acrylic paint and a brush, then signed it, photographed it, uploaded it and posted it to this blog of mine which is only one of my blogs that I regularly post art I make too. It is on 6 x8 watercolor-specific paper. And I photographed it clipped to my drawing board and that is my left hand holding the edge which kept trying to curl up. Below is another sketch I drew of a wiggly sun as I am experimenting with ways to paint a sun more dramatically.

I drew this sun and ocean and then painted it with watercolor to begin with and didn't think it looked great so re-painted it with acrylic. It is on 8x11 paper. I drew it, painted it, signed it, photographed it, uploaded it and posted it to this blog of mine. I photographed this yesterday when my balance was very off and at those times it is hard for me to get the paper straight on the board, though I try often. It looks straight to me, but when I photograph it is appears lop-sided. That is why I wonder if some enterprising camera maker could build a camera with a built in level so photographer can see if camera is level. Copyrighted.
